Paid Time Off Policies

There is no perfect, one-size-fits-all balance between work and home. We provide a flexible time off so you can take time to relax, recover from illness, take care of personal and family business, or whatever else you need. The FTO policy includes paid time off for:

  • Vacation time and illness
  • Time off for jury duty
  • Bereavement leave
  • Maternity, paternity, and adoption leave

    2026 Paid Holidays

    Cato provides 11 paid holidays per year for all full-time, benefit-eligible employees. Additional holidays may be designated at Cato’s discretion.
